Scope Reddit fetch loading state to the pressed button (#56)

* Scope Reddit fetch loading state to the pressed button

The optimistic "Fetching…" morph used a single boolean for the whole
fetch panel, so every sibling button disabled at once. Pass the active
FetchKind instead and only mark that button as loading.
