Add ChatGPT marketplace MCP app for slug (#186)

* Document how slug would ship as a ChatGPT MCP plugin.

Research note covering OpenAI's 2026 Plugins Directory, MCP + OAuth 2.1
requirements, and a v1 tool mapping onto existing RpcCommand surfaces.

* Add a ChatGPT MCP app surface on the existing server.

Expose POST /mcp with public read tools and OAuth-gated writes that call
dispatch_rpc. Wrap Google login in OAuth 2.1 + PKCE so ChatGPT can link a
slug.social account and send the same slug_ bearer token.
