Add aspect sub-scopes: :aspect DSL routes votes into secondary per-parent rankings.

Aspects are parse-derived (no event-schema change): votes after a :slug
statement land in a (parent, aspect) group beside the untouched canonical
ranking. Strict slug matching keeps historical ':' prose lines inert on
replay. Canonical keeps top billing everywhere; aspect rankings render as
subordinate garden sections and opt-in reads (CLI --aspect, MCP get_rank,
check/sorterc/editor labels).
