Resolve are.na legacy channel URLs and user profiles.

Legacy /:user/:channel URLs name the same channel as /channel/:slug
(slugs are globally unique), so the resolver collapses them onto the
canonical channel item and the panel lands on the canonical page.
User profile URLs import the user's channels via /v3/users/:id/contents.
