Make vote compare mobile: slider selects left, even, or right. (#51)

On narrow viewports the compare pair follows the preference slider:
show the left post when left is ahead, both mini cards at 1:1, and
only the right post when right wins. Also tighten the fixed vote HUD
and prevent horizontal overflow on small screens.
