Add containment primitive: leaf items, <:/!<: borders, paths as sugar.

Implements rules 1-4 of the #syntax design: garden items are flat
tilde tokens; nested paths desugar at parse time into idempotent
weight-1 containment edges, making the hierarchy's membership claims
explicit and contestable. Explicit <: (+1) and !<: (+1 border) claims
require explanations; membership is active when containment outweighs
the border, suspended at or below it, and overtaking a holding border
records a fallen-border journal entry. Scope-as-role: an item with
active members is a scope, its body the prompt. The rank walk is
untouched; scope views filter global scores to active members and
aspects re-key to (scope_item, slug). Leaf pages are canonical with
308 redirects from nested URLs; breadcrumbs walk strongest containment.
No == operator (retracted in the thread amendment). No event-schema or
persistence changes; all containment state is derived on replay.
Production corpus verified: zero item collisions, replay 2x faster.
