Collect host-only https roots from all Web items and item_children edges so ghost parents from add_child_edge appear. Move GitHub resolver into server/src/resolvers/ with default_external.rs and a try_render_resolver_item_body hook. Resolver ingests now store slug-github-card fenced JSON; render_item_body_in_scope shows a small GitHub article card (with legacy support for schema-less json fences on github.com URLs).
