B fixes a real multi-user breakage: shared WEB_BROWSER_AGENT/INVITE sentinels bound on first browser vote and blocked later humans; posts now use Option<delegate>/None with attribution and a two-user vote regression test. A mostly reshapes CLI surface (ingest→forum post, forum list/show) and docs/tests without that class of correctness win.
