Side B is mostly cleanup and UX refinement—renaming `/vote/compare` to `/vote`, removing the swap button, fixing delegate attribution handling, and preventing an undesirable fallback to all items when no sibling pool exists—but these are narrower improvements than the new end-to-end functionality in Side A.
