Side B's patch is tightly scoped to real, used functionality: CI/CD deploy pipeline, Dockerfile/fly.toml for production, a working live SSE audit dashboard, and concrete correctness fixes (require OPENROUTER_API_KEY for contested rankings, dedupe redundant git-object hashing, GITHUB_TOKEN auth), all backed by updated tests exercising the new behavior.
