Side A implements a significant authentication and identity architecture change: UUID becomes the canonical identity, OAuth accounts become linkable providers, Reddit OAuth is added alongside GitHub, provider-link conflict handling is implemented, linked providers are tracked privately, and the projection logic is fixed so trust-weight updates see earlier writes in the same batch. Side B introduces a useful URL canonicalization framework and migrates IDs to full HTTPS URLs, but much of the patch is mechanical updates to tests and string literals, making its lasting impact smaller than the functional identity and authentication changes in Side A.
