Commit A makes a substantial functional and interface change to the CLI. These changes affect both user workflows and the implementation across multiple components. Commit B is primarily a codebase maintenance refactor: it removes a duplicate monolithic module, adopts the split forum/ module layout as the single source of truth, and redistributes existing code into smaller files with only minor import adjustments.
