Side A implements a substantial, well-tested new subsystem (multi-repository/branch-aware Git discovery with deterministic, replayable attribution, patch-identity dedup, adversarial hypothesis/state-machine tests, and integration test coverage) that removes the GitHub API dependency and fixes real correctness issues (e.g. symbolic halvening blowup, atomic emission distribution). Side B is a CLI/UX reshaping (renaming ingest to forum post, restructuring subcommands, doc/help text updates) which is useful but purely structural churn with no new capability or bug fix of comparable weight.
