Side A adds a genuinely useful GitHub external resolver and URL-normalization fixes, but includes large amounts of reformatting-only diff noise and is comparatively narrower in scope and risk-reduction value versus B's rigorous, adversarially-tested discovery mechanism underpinning payouts.
