Side B fixes a substantive multi-user authentication/ownership bug by removing shared browser sentinel delegates, changing pending sessions to use an optional delegate, updating UI posting to send no delegate for browser users, and adding an integration test proving two different human users can both vote successfully without creating incorrect agent bindings. Side A is largely a CLI/API reorganization and documentation refresh (renaming `ingest` into `forum post`, restructuring subcommands, updating help text and tests), which improves usability but is primarily an interface reshaping rather than a core correctness improvement.
