Side B adds substantial functionality and architectural improvements: it introduces `compile --ingest` to replay prior events and compile a single ingest from a log, refactors compilation to carry ingest metadata, makes `scan` a faster parse-only pass, surfaces detailed `parse_error` information, adds human-readable scan output, updates documentation, and includes a regression test. Side A only appends a TODO note to `notes.tdsl` about thread error propagation without changing project behavior.
