B is worthwhile cleanup—dropping legacy GitDiscovery projection and forcing Evidence-only pages—but it is largely deletion of transitional UI/API paths and test rewrites after an intentional ledger wipe, so it adds less critical lasting correctness than the concurrency and reliability fixes.
